Hi,
I also got a Bw-Control Deck which I will post here within the next days.
At the moment I just want to give you some suggestions which may help. In my opinion the Deck got too much removal and discard right now. As a result there are too few creatures to threat the opponent. As Fish mentioned before you should look for some guys who support the Ninjutsu theme (Ink-Eyes and Okiba-Gang Shinobi). The only creature you maybe want to bounce is Bane of the Living. For example Ravenous Rats, Shrieking Grotesque, Chittering Rats in order to discard or Bone Shredder, Shriekmaw, Nekrataal, Murderous Redcap or Fleshbag Marauder in order to remove creatures would do a better job.

Where are Cabal Coffers? They are awesome unless you got them at 1st turn. Especially together with Urborg they make tons of Mana. Maybe you can also add Magus of the Coffers who got a 4/4 body in addition. I try to use the amount of mana to cast spells like Drain Life, Consume Spirit, Profane Command or Death Grasp to 'burn' the opponent. In addition the lifegain helps to support cards like Night's Whisper, Sign in blood, Phyrexian Arena and Graveborn Muse who guarantee more cards.

For now I am happy to see that most of your Deck is similar to mine which is a confirmatory sign.
