3) you get account information via PM for bank-transfer
4) transfer the starting fee (EUR 6)

as far as i know there is no card database with conspirancy set at the moment
at least I don't play with those new cards

but I think this doesn't matter at all
everyone is free to change deckcode till first match of this season has been played so everyone had enough time already to update cardbase and/or deck as he likes to
