when will Mornigtide be legal?
Not to sound rude but this is something you could have easily google. But to your question: Morningtide is legal in sanctioned formats from February 1, 2008. (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=judge/resources/banned)

i think we should adopt the date of WOTC for other tournaments -> 1 february (plus no sooner than we have an official patch for MWS so that there isnt any errors due to different patchs)

Yes, that's right, registration for season II is closed.
Maybe next season starting in June. It depends if there are at least ten participants. We will see.
