To clarify my vote:

TNN is a very powerful card but there are strategies which are simply superior then putting 3 power for 3 on the field (=combo & control). Sure aggro & midrange have a hard time to fight TNN but there are good cards out there which can "solve him". There are even some scenarios/decks where you can ignore TNN due to evasion & reach.

Imo TNN is even not an auto include in every blue deck. Combo, Staxx and Oath-Control do not want him and also UWx control decks mostly play him as "monster block" and "walker killer" but cannot rely on him as win option due to the low damage output.

IF banning is made also because of the reason "unfun" I would definitely vote for B because TNN is terribly boring, non-interactive and badly designed but then we also have some other cards to discuss on (e.g. Oath).

Finally I have to admit that I have not played enough with/against TNN to make my final evaluation on it, that's why I would like to have him on the watch list for another season.

Thats absolut my opinion, too!! I think we can't ban a card just because its unfun and not interaktive. In addition it hasn't such a big impact in our format as it has on Legacy. Just because its 1/100 in Highlander and 4/60 in Legacy...

UNBAN

It helps control more than aggro.

I would also preffer the old system. You ever knew against which one you have to play. Now, with the new one its much more work to find a opponent who haven't played all of his matches or isn't playing against someone else. In addition you can choose to avoid the opponents against you might would loose. Thats are some of the reasons why I would be happy to play the next HLL with the old matchmaking system.

In my opinion, its not necessary to ban/unban any cards right now. The format is healthy.

To go more into detail:

Gifts Ungiven - Life from the Loam: I disagree that GU needs a ban. In my opinion, banning Lftl was the right choice. There is a huge difference in lftl and crucible. You have a big draw Engine with Lftl + cycle lands. 2nd argument: If your crucible gets countered, you need another card to revive it, while lftl can "revive" itself. 3rd Argument: Lftl + dredge slows down any game.

Trinisphere: I like this card too. I even tested it for fun recently, and my conclusion is: It straight wins any game with turn 1 workshop + trinisphere. Thats why i agree that its better not touched.

Wheel: Would make a "i win" for any burn deck, if it resolves.

Demonic: Should stay in the format. I don't feel like it's an "auto win" or to powerful. And the format does need some tutor's.

Jace: Yes one of the strongest cards in the format. But loosing to jace does not feel frustrating for me (yet).

Totally Agreed!!!

At the moment the format is as good as never before.

Fenry (UBg Reanimator) vs. Cedzoh (GWr Tokens) 2:1

1. Game:
I reanimated Inkwell Leviathan in my third turn but this wasn't fast enought. He raced me with some tokens supported by Mirari's Wake and Eldrazi Monument.

2. Game:
I played a second turn Oath of Druids which gave me a Grave Titan one turn late. Not the best creature with oath. I played Sylvan Scrying and searched a Wasteland to destroy one of his lands. One Turn later I Krosan Gripped my own Oath to stop him from using it against me^^. Luckly the Grave Titan + Tokens were faster than his token army. After the game he told me that he could have raced me, if I didn't wasted his land.

3. Game:
I got Oath + Phantom Nishoba + some good cards in hand. He got Weathered Wayfarer + Sarkhan 1.0 + some good cards in hand. Sadly, the game crashed and we decided to make a rematch.

4. Game:
I reanimated Iona(green) and Wurmcoil Engine on my third turn with support from Noble Hierarch. He blocked my Wurmcoil Engine with Broodhatch Nantuko and got many tokens. Now It was criticaly because I was on low hp and he could raced me with his many tokens. I played Intuition for Engineered Explosives/Mealstrompulse/Regrowth. He gave me Regrowth and one turn later I played it to get Engineered Explosives for his tokens. After that he conceded.

GG's

We played the 4th's game on cockatrice. This programm looks good but I'm not sure if it is better than MWS.
Can someone tell me how I could switch the control of a parmanent with another player on cockatrice?

1. Match: Fenry (UBg Reanimator) vs. Tabris (RDW) [2:0]

I didn't find the logs from this match and I can't remember exactly what happend, sry.

Game 1: The game crashed on the second turn with Iona in grave and Exhume in hand :(

Game 2: Show and Tell-> me: Iona / he: Figure of Destiny  The figure was 8/8 flying/first strike but I managed to win with some luck ... :)

Game 3: I reanimated Sphinx of the Steel Wind and a turn later Iona...

2. Match: Fenry (UBg Reanimator) vs. Seveneyes (5c Control) [2:0]

Game 1:
He started with Llanowar Elves. I answered with an Engineered Explosives and a second turn hermit druid.
He didn't kill my druid in time and I got a Stormtide Leviathan into my graveyard, but he didn't stayed dead for long.
I played Dance of the Dead on Stormtide Leviathan and he begann to dance to life.
All this with Force of Will and another 2 mana counter in hand. He tried to play a
SoP but I countered it and the big fishy reduced his lifepoints really quick.

Game 2:
He started again with some mana acceleration in form of a Noble Hierarch.
This time I have also a fast start with Birds of Paradise.
A turn later I played Careful Study and discarded Stormtide Leviathan and Iona.
He killed my bird with a Flametongue Kavu, but I sill had enought mana to
play Life/Death to reanimate the big fishy again ;-)
This time he had a better answer with his Maelstrom Archangel, because I
was already on the red zone. I played Intuition with just one mana left.
Reanimate/Thoughtseize/Crop Rotation)
He gave me Thougthseize and I played it to discard his Sarkhan the Mad.
If he could geht the Planeswalker into play onto the battlefield
with the angel, I would probably lost the game.
Next turn I played Sylvan Scrying and searched Maze of Ith... after that he conceded...

Fenry (UBg Reanimator) vs. Cedzoh (RB Goblins) [2:0]

1. Game:
I started with Birds of Paradise followed by a second turn Bonded Fetch. A turn later I played Show and Tell for Grave Titan. At this time he had two goblins in play. Next turn I reanimated Gaea's Revenge and he conceded.

2. Game:
In this game I was able to play a second turn Show and Tell for Inkwell Leviathan. Next turn he conceded with two goblins in play.

Payron (5c GoodStuff) vs. Fenry (Reanimator) [0:2]

1. Game:
He was screwed and didn't find a second land, even with Sensei Divining Top. After a few rounds he conceded

2. Game:
I reanimated a Sundering Titan and destroyed all of his mana. He conceded.

Peeler (UGwr AggroControl) vs Fenry (UBg Reanimator) [0:2]

Game 1:
I played Exhume for my Kederekt Leviathan which bounced my Looter and his Wall of Roots. He had Swords to Plowshares and played it eot to kill my Leviathan. In his turn he played Trygon Predator and Maze of Iths. One turn later a Rafiq of the Many joined his strong team. Luckly I managed to reanimate a Bogardan Hellkite which killed his Rafiq and prevent his Predator from attacking. After this I was able to use Reccuring Nightmare two times to destroy all his lands with Sundering Titan and win the game with Empyrial Archangel.

Game 2:
He had a really good aggro start with a thirt turn Rafiq and some other creatures. He also destroyed my reanimated Empyrial Archangel with his attacking Rafiq. After I dropped to 6 lp I played Living Death, which destroyed his board and reanimate a couple of big big creatures from my own graveyard. (Angel of Despair, Iona, Shield of Emeria, Woodfall Primus, Stormtide Leviathan, Empyrial Archangel, Terastodon)  ;)
