Now i need as much good Tutors as possible.
I didn't decide yet, which colors to play. Any suggestions?

As for the manabase: every fetchland, all Revised duals that have main colour(s) and splash colour, maybe one or two Ravnica duals, some Shadowmoor filterlands if many doublecasters, rest basics. Add in Chrome Mox, Mirrodin talismans and a Ravnica signet or two. That if you play 1-2 main colour and one or two light splashes. Going 5-colour or heavy 4-colour you'll probably need some rainbow lands like City of Brass and Gemstone Mine, and Reflecting Pool. But I suggest that you just go either UB, UG, UW or UR with a splash.
