It's interesting, it's a nice wall for control, because of the 1 power + flying, but it's ability, although interesting, is very variable in terms of good/bad...
I cannot really see it being played in any format. Maybe for sb, but I cannot really see where. Legacy?
This card is ridiculously good. This screws up most cards, but you should eratta that so it doesn't affect cards with the tap or untap symbol already in it. A nice picture would be Jon Finkel draining Richard Garfield's super powers.
