One deck – deck code (cockatrice) has to be posted before tournament starts, decks are unchangeable during the whole tournament (deck codes locked as soon tournament starts)
Matchplay – matches have to be played within a period of basically bout two weeks, if match hasn't taken place in this time, the guy receives the win who is online @ cockatrice on gameday Sunday, 9 pm CET at the end of matchplay-period – if both do not appear, it's a draw
Vacation – each player can announce a vacation period of 1 week once during the tournament, in that case the period for playing the match prolongates for everyone by 1 week / a matchplay-period can't be prolongated more than once
Prices – you will find price-pool over here: http://www.magicplayer.org/forum/index.php?topic=1135.0 / , it will be updated and become locked as soon tournament starts
Rounds: depends on no. of players:
2: 1 round
3-4: 2 rounds
5-8: 3 rounds
9-16: 4 rounds
17-32: 5 rounds
33+: 6 rounds
Play-offs:
8-20 players: play-offs TOP 4
21+ players: play-offs TOP 8
Deck-Building – current banned-list at the beginning of the tournament (Oct. 15th!) / unban-watch-list cards unavailable
Decklists must be sent to Dr. Opossum before tournament starts. Top 4 rather Top 8 will be published before play-offs.
Higher Swiss Standing chooses in g1 in play-offs who gonna start.

the small print: in case cockatrice becomes unavailable for more than 2 weeks, the tournament would become annulled and e/o gets back starting fee (no prices). I hope and expect this won't happen.
