Tabris (UB-Reanimator) vs CedZoh (UWR-StaXX)

G1: Ced is able to cast some mana acceleration but without any pressure on his side. I was digging for some fattis but didnt found anything. Got only some counter (on mindseye and something else). Finaly I get my Empyrial Archangel (Maze on his side) in the graveyard and can reanimate him. But unfortunatly he is able to cast a ensnaring bridge some turn later he was able to cycle his decree of annhilation and my 6 lands go to the grave leaving his board with ajani (RW) and Chandra and Pendrell Mists which kills my Archangel. So I just die to the PW.

G2: Rly quick game on my side. An early Hellkite Overlord is able to beat him to death in 3 rounds. Some counterbackup on my side and the game was over.

G3: An early Workshop is threatening fast mana accel + imba artefacts but he cant find any good spells except for tezzeret which is countered by me. I was able to cast a looter + nezumi which get both killed by WoG. A gix ring is handling my woodfall primus (which destroyed a powerstone + glimmervoid) but I can cast a gifts which finds me enough answers to his mini lock (gix+voltaic key). I ve got also Mana Drain which get rid of his Jace and the game was over.

G1: He reanimated his Empyraial Archangel two times, but in turn 22 i'm able to kill him, after heving killed the Angel with Overrun and with forestwalkers through his Overgrown Tomb.

G2: I get rid of his Iona once, but the second time Iona on an empty board of mine is too much...

G3: Winter Orb slows him down enough and after he reanimated his Blazing Archon I topdecked the missing land for Putrefy.

Thanks for playing

Oath 2:1 B/w Control [coldcrow]

G1 he starts w/ Duress and choses Sterling Grove from a hand which also contains Top, Chrome Mox, Ghastly Demise, Forest, Barren Moor and Swamp. I go land, Mox, Top and start digging. After a couple of turns, I find Intuition and Tropical, so I play Tropical go, and it turns out that he does have the Wasteland which makes me flip the Top for Intuition and go for Life and Cyclelands. Later, he also resolves an untimely Aven Mindcensor, but for the rest of the game, he cant stop my engine and I make insane cardadvantage. At some point, he comes up with Bojuka Bog to slow me down, but except for losing some keycards (including all my winning conditions except for some manlands), I am unconcerned because I played around it and my engine is still online.
After a Thoughtseize for Mind Twist, I know his hand is mostly creatureremoval and an Desolation Angel. So, I have him all but locked up with Forbid. At some point, after dredging most of my library, I realize that I wont be able to win with my manlands quickly, so I return my Scroll Rack with Academy Ruins and start refilling my Library. Somehow, though, I manage to screw myself by dredging the wrong cards in the process, leaving me only with Forbid and a couple of lands in hand/library.
Sure enough, he has the time to accumulate a full grip again and forces me to spend my entire hand to answer his threats in one turn. Emptyhanded and with only a single card in my library, I sheepishly concede.

G2 I have Life again, but the combination of Shred Memory and Bojuka Bog leave me with an utterly useless hand of Archangel, Confinement, Darkblast, Needle and some land. Then, he resolves Academy Rector. I manage to Leak his Doomblade, but his 2/6 Magus nets him a Necro on his next upkeep. All I can do is play Confinement and Angel on consecutive turns, on the offchance that he doesnt draw an out. 3 turns later, after an Angel of Despair and Death Grasp for 7(!), Im overly surprised to see his "gg" and I feel deeply relieved that Im still in it, after throwing away G1.

G3 my hand is full of countermagic, but I only have 2 lands that produce blue mana. He patiently plays his lands and nothing else and leaves me w/ this very reactive hand, while establishing a good manabase. Also, he has a Port going and at one point, he taps me out on his turn, only to pass the turn back, unable to capitalize on it. I topdeck Breeding Pool the next turn, and from there, I have enough time to find Intuition and Teachings to lock the game with Forbid/Life again. So, I continue to up my blue mana count and eventually, as I have both Exploration and Crucible in play, he tries to make a move with Cabal Coffers, but Im too far ahead already and counter all his threats ftw!

Nice games indeed. Props to coldcrow, for beeing very competent, friendly and relaxed.  ;)

TeKo (Gw/b?-Elves) 1 : 2 coldcrow (B/w Control)

Game 1: I keep a sluggish hand on the draw out of fear seeing no lands after the mulligan. Teko plays some dudes, most notably elvish archdruid and wellwisher. I get a Magus of the Tabernacle going and forget paying for so I have the use the Necromancy to reanimate him, yet Chord of Calling for elvish Hexhunter ends that game.

Game 2: This time I keep a good hand and start out accelerating with artifacts. I draw Geddon in addition to the tabernacle so on my 4th turn Lands get destroyed and Tabernacle clears his board. A few turns later some Angels finish the job.

Game 3: TeKo has to ship 2 hands back until seetling for 5  :-\ . Luckily I hold the vindicate for his Garruk so the game isn't over on turn 4. After that I am able to counter his fetch with shadow of doubt which will become quite important as I draw the tabernacle a few turns later. Fetters get rid of Mirror Entity and Tabernacle halts any progress TeKo is going to make.
Some turns later the unholy duo of Liliana and Sorin make short work of the elves and his hand.

Good games.

-jFk-(WW) vs Goblinpiledriver (Domain Aggro)

I played against this deck the day before and Jochen just destroyed me (3-0). No big suprise because his creatures are usually bigger than mine and he has more removal (burnspells) + almost instant win cards like survival. The first game went just like that:
He starts with mother into wild nacatl (3/3) with rancor. I have silver knight and try to slow him down with tangle wire on turn 3. In the next turn I have Eight-and-a-Half-Tails wich could have won me the game if it had not been for tarfire befor I could use him next turn. Then he just beat me down.
0-1

By the way i kept all my starting hands were he spoiled 3 cards in every game.
In the second one i start with Savannah Lions which get killed on their first attack and are replaced by Figure of Destiny. He plays a 4/5 Tarmogoyf on turn 2 (see, what I was talking about?) so my figure (even, if 4/4 doesn't look so impressive anymore). Also I have a Crusade on my hand so I decide to play mutavault and Kitchen Finks. Jochen kills Figure eot (= during his end step) with lightning bolt and starts attacking with his big monster. Reinforcement comes in the form of Soltari Trooper.
I play crusade and attack with Finks and after that play Ronom Unicorn.
He doesn't seem to be very impressed and attacks with Tarmo and his now bigger Trooper. I'm down to 11 already where he has 14 after using his painland to play a 6/5 Woolly Thoctar. Now I really don't see much chances to win but from the top comes: Sword of Fire and Ice which gives me an unblockable 5/5 unicorn (Goyf is tapped) and kills his Trooper. In his attack (both creatures) I block with Kitchen Finks and go down to 9. He plays Kami of Ancient Law but I have: ELSPETH FROM THE TOP. THANKS DECK!

1-1

He starts with shock land and Tattermunge Maniac. I play chrome mox and Samurai of Pale Curtain. He attacks, I block, He plays Colossal Might so I won the trade (1-2) for the price of 3 damage. I planned to play Hand of Honor next turn but I draw Mother of Runes and now I can play both. I had Hand of Honor and Griffin Guide on my starting hand so now I was ooptimistic because now he had no board and was under pressure to kill the mother in the next turn and then I could enchant Hand and put big pressure on him. And really he plays oblivion ring to get rid of the mother.
I give the human the gift of the griffin and put Jochen down to 14. He has Wilt-Leaf Liege (1 pain) and I play Knight of the white Orchid and Crusade (I already know that I will play Parallax Wave next turn). Attack (he is at 8). He is still in a good mood because he can play a 5/5(!!!) Steward of Veleron and kill my Knight with Fire Ambush. But as I said I have the wave and remove his creatures to win the turn after.

2-1

Thx. For the great games (Also the other 3 - they told me a lot about my deck).

-jFk- (WW) vs Seveneyes (gw-Elves)

Ok it's 2 in the morning so I can't motivate myself to write a big report. Sorry.
First game was one of the most intense ones played with this deck. We had a steady exchange of creatures. Both of us had great pressure on the board at some times (i.e. warcaller with 2 counters which I can handle with flickerwisp). He managed to get wellwisher online with 6 elves and the possibility to untap him 3(!) times in his next turn. I draw Sword of Fire and Ice but can't play and equip it in the same turn so he gets 24!!! life before I can kill the elf. One turn later he destroys the Sword with Stomphowler and another turn later he has his own sword (oFaI). But I draw Elspeth and can block every turn. Finally I can kill him in my 10th (!!!) turn. 1-0

In the second game he plays Natural Order for progenitus on turn 3. I would have had Aven Mindcensor in my 3rd turn. Funny as well: if the Path to Exile in my hand would've been a Sword to Plowshares I would have won even against Turn 3 Progenitus... I know wouldwouldwould, but I can't emphasize enough every possibility to win against this card, which i can't handle by any way (except these two and - maybe - mana denial via geddon or winter orb). 1-1

Funny story about game 3: I start with Isamaru, Sigiled Paladin, he has Nettle Sentinal and Selesnya Guildmage. When I attack with both on T3 he blocks the paladin with the guildmage... and both die. I only realized it when I wrote the report and asked myself if the paladin didn't have first strike. Again I have Mindcensor and then Serra Avenger. Jan doesn't really get the mindcensor and sacrifices Misty Rainforest (which he had on his starting hand) to dig for the needed white mana. When he realizes he can't get it, he admits, that he can't find solutions fast enough.

2-1

Mythrandir 5CC vs Vazdru UBG landfall

3 pretty nice games, with no crashes (AMAZING!!)
Over 1h20min (this season i'll start to add the time in my reports too)

Game 1: he starts with bop, i only play some lands and an EOT eladarmci call -> glen elendra, meanwhule he starts beating me down with goyf + another critter. I had mana drain, gifts, and glen in hand when he played demonic-> BTB (havent' lost to that one in a while...) GG

Game 2: I start with nothing fancy. he plays some critters and played some removal (FTK, shriekmaw). i had LFTL in grave + eternal + stronghold "combo" going on to my advantafe. but he nicely played crop-> bojuka (one of the best cards of WWK, extremely powerful in our format). i still had eternal in the board. he played worm harvest for 5 tokens i played furnace removing it. A tabernacle on my side, meant he had to keeping tapping lands to safe his 1/1 worms. Eventually an exalted angel took me out of the red zone and eventually killed him. GG

Game 3: I start with furnace, then TOP. he played chrome + land + il-kor looter. He counters an impulse and plays sakura. He plays trygon predator and i play wog. Then doran, he plays finks and then primmal command for shuffle GY (mine) + creature for him (sower of temptation). He steals my doran and brings me down to 2lf. I see demonfire on TOP and kill his sower, played jace 2.0 and returned his finks to avoid losing. He plays finks + garruk. i play needle (yeahhh) for garruk and from then now i was able to hold (more or less) the game. exalted angel again saved me from the red zone. He played FoF (and what a nice FOF) BTB + eternal... he didn't have mana to play eternal + BTB so i went for the kill (lightning helix, he was at 3life points) Vazdru lloked at his TOP, and saw misdirection (hehe) saving him and killing my jace. i played trygon  he drew shriekmaw, but it didn't save him from my trygon predator. GG

Nice matches.

From the report, i´m guessing that his opponent had something along the lines of BOP (giving him a 3rd turn natural order) and if he had STP instead of PTE, he could only play natural order on turn 4 meaning by that time he had aven mindencor to "kill the search" of the progenitus.... guessing over here, of course.

I think the major point is the life from Swords to Plowshares.
Pogenitus makes exactly 20 damage, if you get 1 or 2 life with Sword from your own creature, you could attak one turn more.

GoblinPiledriver is exactly right. I would've sworded my 1/1 flyer to kill him the turn after with my remaining crew. All that stuff is hypothetical anyway, but thats really my only chance against a Progenitus on the other side of the table.

coldcrow (UBW-ArmageddonControl) 2 : 0 Nastaboi (Hypergenesis)

Game 1:

Nastaboi goes to 6 cards then spoils for 2. I keep a pretty good hand with thoughtseize, mana tithe, ample mana and glen elendra. Thoughtseize on the second turn reveals Iona and captured sunlight. At this moment i wasn't too sure if his deck is a crossbreed between hypergenesis and reanimator so I chose sunlight. Nastaboi goes on with transmuting house guard into eureka which runs promptly into mana tithe. Next turn he is transmuting clutch for bloodbraid. I hold force, glen and intuition, so I use intuition and search for twist, hymn and addle. Addle gets rid of bloodbraid and I transmute shred memory for DT which elicits an "obv." from nastaboi  :P
He topdecks Broodmate and plays it. I am again thinking of forcing it but that would have been a huge mistake. Instead I use DT for Damnation and play a CIP land. Next turn i go down to 7 while nastaboi transmutes brainspoil for baneslayer.
Damnation clears the board and I force the Angel. Now Nasta is out of gas but continues to play lands so the looming threat of hardcasted Iona becomes real. I play Glen then Shadowmage and see enough cards to use trinket-map-wasteland and then memory lapse, venser, edict.
Transmuting game!

Game 2:

This was WAY less a fight than game 1, due to nastaboi being colour- and manascrewed.
He is stuck on 2 lands with a wrong coloured depletion land (holding violent outburst). I Vindicate the skerry and take control of the game. Clique gets rid of the outburst and I dig a bit with impulse and thirst finding Sorin and then the ultimate finisher , Desolation Angel.

Good games.

2 - 0

First game is juiciest ever. Stefan gets turn 2 Oath, and I topdeck and play Forbidden Orchard of my own, giving him token at the beginning of his end step*. The top card of my deck is Darksteel Colossus. Stefan rolls his eyes in disbelief and gets down a Pernicious Deed. Next time my Oath reveals Bayou and underneath it Bogardan Hellkite. I giggle frantically as I imagine Stefan shaking his head, thinking "this is not happening, he cannot just hit his both fatties from the top". He does something and scoops it up, not really knowing yet what I play.

This time Stefan begun with Tundra, Mox Diamond, Lim-Dûl's Vault at my turn, going down to 14 and still not confident with his top five. We both play some lands couple of turns until I cascade into Hypergenesis turn before he could play his Natural Order. He sees what I am playing and gives me props. No luck for him this time.

*Someone better get a good acronym for that pretty fast.

Comment on the game against Nastaboi. Was really the most exciting match I had with my oath deck ever.
I hold hand with Oath correct Mana some Counter and Pulse of Tangle, cool. He played 2 rounds tapped lands
with no blue in it so I could go relaxed into my Oath second turn (with backup daze on hand).
Then next turn he plays Orchard from top and I thought lucky guy but still possible. Next turn he made
token in my turn and reveals top card Darksteel Colossus so I thought damn guy what are you doing (so
much luck can't be possible for one guy so he has build an good working anti-deck or ...). Next turn
he revealed land and Bogadan Hellkite and I gave up, can't realize what he is doing...
In game 2 I found out how his deck works cause in game 1 he only played my Oath much more successfully

1st Game

Just remembering that I had a good beginning with skyshrout elite and scab clan mauler round 1 and 2. Drawing lot of Lands round3 to 7  just made it impossible to keep the pressure up until the end.  He started out with mana accelaration as far as I can remember ( Bird + somthing else, mid game, Garruk and troll ascetic and kitchen finks on his side were too mighty.

0:1

2nd game

It was a close one. Pressure by my side in the beginning with kird ape, Keldon marauders and mire Boa. Magus of the Moon took away his blue mana. As the board turnen at round 5 to 8 something to his favour ( troll ascetic, another critter with grafted wargear ) I could manage to reduce his life remaining ( something about 8 ) with char, volcanix hammer and shock. One  more round I would have had lost.

1:1

3rd game

I started this one out with mountain + kird ape and on turn 2 fire lit thicket and jungle lion + wild nacatl. He begun slowly, with just a mana fixer on round 2 ( sakure tribe elder )who killed the ape which still was 1/1, because I was screwed with just a  mountain and fire lit- thicket. Seemed that he was slightly flooded ( in return ;) but managed to pop out some critters ( again troll ascetic I think ) and an early serendeeb efreet which helped me in the end ... Same developpement as in game one, mid - game, the board just turned to his favor but I could win with PoP and my new best friend "Serendeb Efreet."

Oath 2:1 Goblin Piledriver [Domain-aggro]

If I remember correctly,...

... G1 I have Oath and Demonic in my starting hand and he starts with Dragonskull Summit, so I figure I tutor for Force and wait for him to play a creature. However, he turns out to be very reluctant to commit any dudes to the board, instead bashing me with his Treetop Village. I play my Scroll Rack and start working it. I finally come up with a Condemn to take out his Tree, as he plays SoF/I, followed by Phantom Centaur. I go Oath with Cryptic and Force backup, so I tap his creature and counter his O-Ring. I oath into Archangel and Mystical Teachings. I play my 8th land and pass. My angel absorbs his next attack and Rolling Earthquake for 1 finishes it off, but eot I flashback Teachings for Crop Rotation for Academy Ruins (Stronghold was in my Gy already), which allows me to oath into Eternal Witness without any risk of decking myself. Witness gets Demonic, which gets Life for Stronghold. I add a Solitary Confinement to the board FTW.

G2 he beats me down with Nacatl, Pridemage, Finks, Civic Wayfinder, before I can utilize my Explosives, let alone the double Wrath I was holding.

G3 he starts with Vial, which I answer with Needle, but then he slams Survival on the table and suddenly I see my chances to win this match dwindling. All I have is a Lat Nams Legacy, which draws 2 lands, but he misses his 3rd landdrop. Instead, he adds LLanowar Elves and Quasali Pridemage to the table over the next 2 turns. I play Ghastly Demise on his Elf to tap him out and he responds by destroying my Needle with his Mage. This, however, enables me to take out his Survival with my Explosives without any Witness shenanigans. He plays a Top and uses his Vial to get Ravenous Baloth out, but I have Condemn for his beast and topdeck Gifts Ungiven. I get Life, Tolaria West, Secluded Steppe and Academy Ruins. So, I can use Academy Ruins to get back Needle for his Vial (cheaper than EE). Next turn, I return Explosives and play it for 1, and as he tries to draw a card with his Top, I destroy his Vial and Top and my Needle. I transmute for Pact of Negation and start building a hand again with Life. Next, I return Scroll Rack with Ruins and play it before I transmute Tolaria West again, this time for Wasteland. He doesnt draw another land and I gladly accept his concession.  ;D ;D

After my Turn he is at 1 again and he conceds-

I played Hypergenesis, he Reanimator. I won the roll and cascaded into Hypergenesis turn 3, putting into battlefield DS Colossus, Spiketail Drake and Woodfall Primus. His Phantom Nishoba gave him couple of turns until I played Bituminous Blast into Demonic Dread, removing all his blockers.

He got fast Desolation Angel 2nd game, killing my depletion land. I got 4th turn Kathari Remnant all along, but he had Force of Will for 'genesis as well. Recurring Nightmare threatened to kill rest of my lands, but I topdecked Eureka in last possible moment. He bazaared his hand away, played his last card (Tainted Pact), and hit Daze.

coldcrow (B/W Control) 2 : 0 peeler (4c Zoo)

Game 1:

I begin the game with a hand containing hymn, path, gatekeeper and rector :), so I am not overly concerned about his Vial. Hymn nets wickerbough and a land. He builds an army with fyndhorn and baneslayer who get eaten by Keeper and Path. Meanwhile I drew an Exalted Angel , and play it unmorphed. That forces him to attack into my Rector with his Rumbling Slum. While searching my Library I realize I cut the bargain , so fetters were the next best. (Probably best in that situation anyways). Yet he draws the best creature ever (Pridemage) and keeps attacking. Then the Maze I was holding back nullifies his SoFI and second creature while the Angel goes the distance. Even Sarkhan could not overcome.

Game 2:

Again pretty good hand (Finks, Tabernacle, mortify). He starts slow with the new manlands, so I get ample time to build mana with a signet. Doran becomes mortified, then finks draw a chain lightning and finally chumping the leech. Life counters still 20:15 in my favor! The dust Bowl I drew + Tabernacle eats some of his mana then Sorin joins the party and the game is really over when I draw an additonal Magus of the Tabernacle.

Short games.

Game 1: He mulls down to 4, but i have no idea what is playing until he plays natural order, i had complete game control (until that) and i thought i was a gonner, since i have very few answers for progenitus, luckily he played empyrial archangel, and i dropped glen + trygon + factory + helix for dead angel. In the end he revealed progenitus on his hand. lucky me. Would have lost if he hadn't progenitus on hand (or if he hadn't mull to 4?!)

Game 2: Quick match on his part, 2nd turn oath, 3rd turn orchard, revealing hellkite overlord, next turn, oath activated for progenitus. No WOG on my part, so his game. Although i managed to kill a gifts with aven mindcensor. :)

Game 3: He went for a very early oath but i had pridemage. After that with ajani on the table i kept 1 land tapped and he was stuck on 4 lands. There was a bit of counter-war and in the end i was able to play ajani's ultimate for a nice geddon effect he had stifle, but i had a counter.

In all 3 games i had furnace which prevented him to go LFTL crazy (specially on 1st where he used his demonic tutor to get it...)

Game 1:

After Highlander-Mulligan Novi got to draw a new hand. I played a sacred foundry tapped. He played a Figure on his first turn and did next turn one dmg to me what makes the way open for a 3/3 scab clan mauler. I played Call of the Hurt but he managed them fast with Lightningbolt and played frostbringer. With Skyshroud Elite and Bonesplitter it was fast over.

Game 2:

I startet in with Forgotten Cave. He played Aether Vial. With one counter on Aether Vial he EOT put Jungle Lions into play and played Grafted Wargear but i was able to kill the lions with Fire/Ice bevor it get equipped. With my Noble Hierarch i was able to cast Rhox Warmonk and equip him in next turn with Sword of Fire and Ice what makes the game for me.

Game 3:

He used Misty Rainforest to get Taiga on board and played a seal of fire. I took my Wasteland try to screw him. He get a mountain and next turn a forest in play to do 2 dmg with his Rip-Clan Crasher. Punishing Fire and the Crasher goes to graveyard on my next turn. He play Tin Street Hooligan and me answer with Serendib Efreet what brings me a two to one trade with seal of fire. Second Game:
My first turn Boreal Druid gets answered by Entomb -> Darkblast, which renders almost all creatures in my hand useless. A Sword of Light and Shadow gets countered and he has a Nezumi Graverobber. I get Stoneforge Mystic -> Sword of Fire and Ice and Path to Exile for his rat, before it can flip and reanimates his Thraximundar. The Mystic brings the Sword into play before it gets killed by double darkblast as well. Sylvan Scrying -> Bojuka Blog clear his grave, but he dredges some more, including a Bogardan Hellkite. An equipped Birchlore Ranger starts to beat him down and Skyshroud Proacher enters the battlefield. The reanimated Bogardan cant kill my creatures thx to protection of the Sword and Yavimaya Hollow. Seismic Assault is huge with all the extra cards from the library and starts killing creatures. In one turn I get Critter + equip Sword o.F.a.I + Winter Orb and feel very optimistic. Tin Street Hooligan ends this feeling. Luckily he doesnt use a land to kill my Birchlore Ranger, but to play Knight of the Relinquary (6/6), for which I have Path to exile. With some saved untapped lands i play Joragan Warcaller whith a counter + an additional counter from Oran Reef. Thus I have two 3/3 guys, which he cant handle with Winter Orb still in play.

Second Game:

Played gifts loxodon, ajani, finks and other random card. kept both life gaining creatures, and after that i could stabilize, he even started gaining 6 life per turn with wellshisher + untap elf land, but i played mass removal, keeping only finks on the table, after that a garruk joined the table. Transmuted shred -> mana drain and tolaria into pact of negation. And that was that. He was too flooded to keep pressure when i was at 1 lfp.

Game 2: wasn't very exciting due to his mana screw problems, he played skyshroud elite, but i had the only 2x forests in my deck in my hand + a UB signet. he played rancor on his elite + a twinblade slasher. he playe sylvan scrying for gaes cradle but i had wasteland and played finks. Again a EE (via trinket mage) set at 1 cleaned the table for me and the finks started attacking. he played survival but i had needle. Then a gifts for ajani, garruk, jace + vindicate (he was stuck at two lands). kept jace + garruk. he played naturalize on my talisman but since i didn't have double U without it, but i had tolaria in hand. I dont draw a land but can play my EE for 1 thinking I get him. But he plays another land (3 Lands + Mox) + Tarmogoyf. I was not drawing anything to help me so fast beatdown with Bonesplitter and 2 dudes.

2nd Game: After knowing what my opponent is playing I spoil all the late game cards away and getting LoA, Jace, Kitchenfinks, Threads of Disloyality. I play LoA 1st turn he is answering it with this weird hound which can only attack or block if another creature is doing the same. So I use LoA play an Island and say go. He plays a Watchwolf. I was getting my 3rd Land playin man o war which is bouncing his Watchwolf. After that he played a Sea Drake Ill bounce it again with Venser after this he played Watchwolf i bounced it with Jace. The whole game was under my control he had to bounce 2 lands and couldnt do much. So he conceded after losing the wolf to my threads.

3rd Game: THis was a rly intense game. Hes starting with Goblin Guide showing me a land. I play a land and say go. Hes dropping a watchwolf again. I play Wall of Roots and using the mana from the wall for rancor (so he couldnt attack with both creatures) unfortunatly he plays a tribal flames for 4 on the wall so bye bye and 5 dmg for me. After that I play kitchen finks going to 10. He draw rancor and played it on the watchwolf going to attack me for 7. I block the wolf with my finks and was ok with going to 10 again and block the guide next turn, BUT he cast a gaea´s might on his goblin for +4/+4 dropping me to 2 gaining 2 life from finks going to 4. Here was the point. IF he had played it on the watchwolf(which got trample thanks to rancor) he would have both guys and could attack me for lethal next turn. But the wolf died and I was able to stabilize me on 4. From now on he dosent draw much EXCEPT for a Black Vise which dropped me to 2. One round later I was able to cast Wake Thrasher + Rancor so I didnt get dmg from the Vise. Jace on the board was the key for my win. I fatesealed his bolt away and let his land on top of his library. My Thrasher could attack for 7 and after that for 9 (thx to rancor he was also trampling + Man O War + Jotun Grunts which get captured by my threads again :D

1st Game: Didnt remember much but I know we have both realy crappy hands and got nothing in the early turns. After some beating with kitchen finks and Glen Elendra he got a maze which answered my SoFI. After some struggle he got an archangel on the board. I was screwed but draw an pestermite + B2B which allows me to attack his angel bc the maze was tapped by my pestermite and I had 9 Dmg thx to pestermite on the table. So he died one turn later.

2nd Game: I start with some graveyard removal but he got 2nd turn survival and was able to play around the card. Ive got only a silly 1/1 flyer nothing else so I did at least 10 dmg with the Sprite and got 8 Lands in play. The final showdown was my garruk which get countered and he was able to get his inkwell leviathan with mannequin (after destroying my artefact with a green disenchant) so gg bc of recurring nightmare + leviathan + archangel.

3rd Game: Well that was actually nice. I ve got Tarmogyof, Mox Diomond, Land Land, Stifle, Daze , Trygon Predator on my start hand.

I start with goyf, mox, land. He plays a top which gets counterd by my daze. Ill attack him for 3 (thx to top daze land). He plays a fetchland get stifled. Then he plays a ravens crime which makes my goyf to a 4/5 and i discarded a troll ascet which makes the goyf 5/6. I attack him hes going to 6. He tried to cast sylvan scrying but i  get mana drain which dosent allow him to get a maze. So I ll attack and play the efreet and it was gg. g2 he plays t2 tarmogoyf and t3 knight of the r. (as 4/4) --->  :o .beyond that he has yavimaya hollow again, so that my

g3 i keep magus of the moon and mishras ank and draw 5 new, 2 lands among them.
unfortunately he plays a fetchland as the first land, and fetches in resp. to the malicious ankh and spell pierces it.
then i play the drawn blood moon (he had 3/4 with vigilance elfes)and he cant play anything for the rest of the game.

It was T3 actually. I had Violent Outburst but just white depletion land and a fetch as my lands, and drew Show and Tell on my second turn. I had to choose between Form and Sundering Titan. Titan would have nuked his two lands but also my lone dual, so I banked on drawing another land before he could find two burn spells. It turned out that the third land would have been 8 cards down or so in my library.

I tutored and played Battle on my fifth turn. Tuomas got Argothian Enchantress, Luminarch Ascension and some manlands as a mild pressure, but he spent most his time searching franticly for enchantment removal and found it just one turn short.

I countered Presence in the second game and locked him down with G. E. Archmage. He drew nothing in relevance, I drew Brainspoil and transmuted into something with cc 5.

G3:

(i forgot and skipped one turn in g3, he played demonic tutor and attack, i played an unused survival and also attacked, the dealt damage was important)
i keep oath, reanimate and 4 lands and another card. his start is slow with breeding pool.
he plays watchwolf, i play the drawn entomb for emp. archangel and get oath in my turn into play (instead of reanimating the angel). he attacks and plays bant sureblade, he faces a 4/5 tarmogoyf from oath and i pass, to counter his hasty jund hackblade with manaleak (i had 15 life and only reanimate to get the angel into play, what would have brought me down to 7, i decided to counter his next creature/enchantment removal in order to get use of the oath one more time).
then i get too lucky and reveal body double (archangel), attack with tarmogoyf (he plays pestermite) and reanimate the original angel with the drawn animate dead  ;D. hes able to kill the enchanted angel by playing sarkhan vol and attacking with an enslaved tarmogoyf; his esper stormblade (played maybe the turn before) stays untapped in order to block the lethal angel.
next upkeep i reveal angel of despair and destroy the stormblade (he was at 6, me at 9, i attacked with 5/6 tarmo and angel). if i didnt  reveal AoD i could have reanimated his pestermite with having 3 untapped lands and an active survival. sorry for me getting lucky with oath and the angel  ;)

So his Jace II was the first permanent hit the board and stayed the only one for quite a long time. Indeed too long...  r4nd0m1z3r generated CA like hell and had a soft lock with Forbid, LftL and Jace. I've had LoA + LftL which was still a piece of crap against his engine. After about 15 min i conceded. Game took 28 min.

G2: This time i was able to get an early board-control with Simulacum, Glen Elendra, Garruk, Jace II  ;D He was able to deal with that guys an amazing long time - i do not know exactely how he managed it to stay alive but his manlands (Nantuko) did a good job like Maze of Ith did as well. When he tried Oath i've had Mana Leak for gg. Game took 20 min.

G3: He was a bit screwed at the beginning - I was flooded. Trygon Predator took Plowshares, Glen Elendra got countered by Evasive Action. My last non-land cards were intuition + counterbackup (Miscalculation). He was able to hard-cast Force of Will for Intuition + Daze my Miscalculation. He tried a mid-game Mindtwist but all i've had in hand was a crop rotation for Bojaku Bog :) which kept Nantuko Away from attacking. He played Scroll Rack, The Abyss, Crucible (+ wasteland) and finally Oath - I've had just Solemn Simulacrum on the table. A short after I light one of the best Pernicous Deed for quite a while  ::) leaving him with nothing  ;) I've had Glen Elendra, Venser + Ravenour Baloth facing a Nantuko Monestary + Stirring Wildwood. G1 he starts with library on the draw and mox diamond, but unfortunately doesnt get much more lands ( maybe 5 in 10 turns) and i kill him with vendi-clique plus G.E archmage.

G2 i keep wasteland, finkel, manaleak and some lands to be prepared for his shenanigans, then draw and play anc. visions after i wasted his first land (which is MUCH better against aggro than library, and not far away from its power level against control - but visions doesnt get much worse when played later in opposite to library and costs less ressources, thatswhy i dont think its reasonable to ban library again  :P )
he has bojuga bog and chrome mox with maelstrom pulse.

The next turns he plays trinket mage for divi top and tries to counter my stuff, i resolve finkel t3 and mana leak his charming sower for the poor mage. after this he destroys my jotun grunt and survival with eng. explosives (i fetch GE archmage obv, which warps the game ). he loses sword of fire/ive and fact or fiction in order to get rid of the archmage, meanwhile the two wizards kill him slowly and produce cardadvantage each turn. he manages to misdirect my visions, but dies under the pressure of my creatures ( i had daze, force plus vendi-clique for over 5 turns in hands without use, so there wasnt a real chance for him to compensate for finkels work).

vazdru found his third (second after wasteland) mana source only in turn 4, bad luck for him in both games  :-[

BTW cascade is a really retarded mechanic, like storm or anything that gives you free spells even if the first one is countered.

Sturmgott told me that in his oppinion a Domain Deck plays all 5 basic Lands regulary. So the name for this deck should be better Alara-aggro, 23 cards are from this edition. So it's a good theme for this composition of cards.

Game1:Goblin Piledriver is beginning. Seveneyes and GP taking a mulligan
T1:                                                -- Llanowar Elves
T2: Lightning Bolt(Elves)           -- Mistral Charger
T3: Dark Confidant                    -- Kitchen Finks
T4:  Oblivion Ring(Finks)          --  Grafted Wargear
T5: Rhox War Monk                  --  Yavimaya Hollow + Noble Hierach
T6: Baneslayer Angel               --
T7: Garruk Wildspeaker          --   ...

I took down Kitchen Finks with Oblivion Ring, which allowed me to attack with Confidant and not being beated down with it. On his next Turn he plays Grafted Wargear to his Mistral Charger and my life suddenly falling down. Rhox War Monk and Baneslayer Angel  saved me from losing(was near defeat) and won the game for me.

Game2: seveneyes is beginning
T1: Treetop Village               -- Arbor Elf
T2: Mistral Charger               -- Man-o'-War(Charger)
T3: Rhox War Monk              --  Bloodbraid Elf(Tribal Flames(Rhox))
T4: Yavimaya Hollow + Mistral Charger  --  Sword of Fire and Ice
T5:  Horizon Canopy + Llanowar Elves  + Path to Exile(Man-o'-War) --  Sarkhan Vol
T6: Ravages of War             --
T7:   ...

My Bloodbraid Elf cascaded into Tribal Flames and shoot down seveneyes's Rhox War Monk. With Sword of Fire and Ice and Sarkhan VolI brought him into the red zone. He answered with Ravages of War leaving me with no mana(not the best side of Arbor Elf). Sarkhan Vol's Ultimate ended the game.

This time I got my revenge for the perfect draws of my opponents in the last rounds.

Game 1: I get down some mana artifacts, lay a blood moon (didn't do much at that point) helix his scryb ranger in response to a rancor. Then I make my usual mistake by playing Wildfire far too early,, gambling for him to be screwed. Of course Tabris draws alot of forests, but has no island in play. A grafted wargear + troll ascetic blank my swords and threaten to end the game in a few turns, yet I draw Karn like a champ and stall him long enough. Smokestack does its job and he scoops with an empty board.

Game 2: I am excited to fan open a decent hand with one manastone, boom/bust, ajani. His first play is a Predator which becomes helixed by Ajani. Serendib Efreet follows, Ajani keeps one of his 2 islands tapped for one round and I destroy the other. Of course tabris floats blue and as dumb as I am I forget to switch phases, so my Trinket mage runs into stifle ;) .
On the top side Tabris is out of counters so I can play a Metalworker , more mana artifacts and Duplicant. Shortly after he concedes to my overwhelming board.

Details may be a bit wrong, since we played 5 games (2 disconnected)

Game 1: He starts really aggresive vs my manabase: wasteland + stifle on my fetch. Luckily i drew into two more lands + tithe + eternal dragon, so it wasn't that bad. He played serendib + wargear but i played eladmari call/demonic tutor (can't recall) -> venser (i also had karakas). I played some spells that went into some counters, eventualy dropped jace 2.0 he dropped his own jace and eventually won with help from garruk, i believe.

Game 2: he starts low on lands but with werebear + scryb ranger which got him some nice mana accel. he played serendib. i played wog and searched for glen. game crashed

Game 2.1 Can't remember this one very good, but i think he played glen (all tapped out) i had answers for it. Session lost

game 2.2 He starts with pestermite + spellstutter + stifle on my fetch (i was color screw for R and U with only R and U cards in hand.... lol) so he played light sword and i couldn't hold the pressure, even played ajani and other stuff but the sword eventually killed me.

Game 3. he played some creatures i played some creatures but i was able to cast a damnation and keeping my factory to attack he played waketrasher i played FTK and went for damage race, he was able to hold a lot of turns with counters/stifle/boomerang effects and even treachery on my 3/3 token (had garruk and that time) eventually he was at 1 and i played fire/ice he remanded it, i played fetch for another R and killed him.

Nice games.

1st Game: We both are screwed and stucked on two mana but we got both a suspended Ancetral Vision 1st Turn. So we are waiting for resolving the Visions which dosent help Payron much bc he dont draw any lands with it. I draw three lands and was able to counter his mana leak for my vision. After that I was able to develop
my board and get enough buisness on the table. He was stucked on four lands one of them LoA but was not helping him bc of the lack of mana.

2nd Game: He started with a Mother of runes followed by a Trygon Predator which get counterd by me. I am able to get a pestermite on the board to tap his mother and casting threads of disloyality on her, but he got a counter. One turn later he is casting a shadowmage inflitrator but I ve just got my shackles online. He dont get much except for a Lightning Angel which get "answered" by my control magic. He chooses to path his own angel. I got his Ajani with pestermite + treetop village and bouncing his Rafiq which just got on the battlefield. So after that he draws a deed and get rid of my board. WE both dont have any cards left but I have a full hand of witness, B2B (which get rid of four of his lands) and a crafted wargear, which get me the win together with witness and tarmogyof.

He then plays Tarmogoyf as 8/9 and finally Natural Order to Empyrial Archangel. The Archangel shot down Jace2.0, meanwhile Jace brainstormed 5 times. Finally  I play Rampaging Baloth with a Fetchland beating first his Angel and then him.

We played that games yesterday during TNM. He had bad luck in the first one getting just a single land in his 14 first cards. Going down to 5 cards facing T1 Thoughtseize, Sensei's + Gifts and Sower a few turns later denying him access to the game at all obv.

Game 2 I've had again a fast opening with chrome mox and some controlish stuff a few turns later. Nevertheless he managed to create some preasure. In the most crucial moment of the game I've had a nice topdeck with remand which took care of his Shiekmaw followed by Mana Leak next turn giving me two extra turns with sower + charmed crea for the win.

Game 1: He played llanowar elf + wake trasher (beast in HL) + garruk. i played needle pointed at garruk + maze + loxodon hiearch kept me safe for a while. Eventually he destroyed the needle, but i played EE set at zero to hold the game for a little longer. After that i intuitioned (he had gaddok) so, i went for: shriekmaw, stronghold, deed. Kept stronghold, returned shriekmaw killed gaddok and started attacking with shriekmaw + eternal witness (wanted it to die to use stronghold). By the end of the game my army was bigger than his + stronghold and he conceded. GG

Game 2: He started with elite vanguard + stoneforge (SOFI) + mindcensor when i cracked my fetch, luckily i played STP and was able to get a land, killed his elite vanguard with fire/ice and played needle at SOFI, played maze. After i played garruk, but he played oblivion ring on it. He played elsepth but i sacced my maze of ith to get a 5th land and played pact of negation for it. Regrowth maze, but he played rhox and started swinging with everything until i played a WOG (was lucky to find the second W via darksteel ingot) he played some more critters, stirring wildwood, isamaru. And i played etched oracle, blocked and drew like nuts (vindicate, mystical teachings and worldly counsil) played teachings eot, vindicated his sword, drew tolaria west for EE set at 3 (killing oblivion ring + kitchen finks) played worldly counsil to see a demonic tutor. With ajani (demonic tutor) and garruk he conceded. Was incredibly lucky with my oracle and he was mana flooded.

G1 he doesnt do much because he gets stuck on 2 lands, after giving him magus of the moon to handle i play jace and kitchen finks to protect (he had T1 treetop village). he plays diving top and some lands, but concedes later because of jace and his consequences.

G2 he has to mulli down to 6, i keep lotus cobra, condecent, library and some other lands.
he doesnt do anything dangerous the first turns, while i draw nothing but lands and cant do anyhting as well.

after noble hierarch entered my side of the play he grim tutors für i guess oath and the games becomes uncomfortable.
the next 30 mins all i do is trying to kill my creatures and getting new ones, while handling his other threats and trying to assemble a combination to kill him (he got empyrial archangel from oath). at the end i attack his mana base with life (no green mana anymore), get a chain to survive (clique+karakas, volraths stronghold + stone cloaker + eternal witness ... ) and play a 10/10 knight of the reliquary to get rid of the archangel after pulling out all of his counters and removal. the angel brings me down to 2 life and dies afterwards and stefan decides to go to bed.

1st: He started strong with T1 Noble Hierarch T2 Jenara. I missed my one-drop and played T2 Soltari Trooper and T3 Knight of the Holy Nimbus. Trooper dealt first blood and he went down to 17 lp while Jenara hit me for 5 next turn. My turn 4 and T5 were great with Wilt-Leaf Liege + Glorious Anthem. Jenara attacked again in the meantime. So i dropped to 10 lp. He went down to 7 lp in my counter-attack. He put down Cloudchaser Kestral (-> Anthem) + Loaming Shaman as Blockers. Fortunately i've had Kor Skyfshier + Ranger of Eos for Flyer...enough blockers for Jenara so Soltari Trooper did the job.

2nd: He had a decent start again with Isamaru in T1, Miscalculation (-> Mistral Charger) in T2 and Knight of the Reliquary T3. Meanwhile i've dropped Savannah Lions + Azorius Guildmage. For a few rounds ground was stalled. He played Needle but I've had Kor Sanctifiers in response. Figure went bigger and bigger. He dealt some dam with Faerie Conclave. Mother of Runes and Stillmoon Cavaliers were great against his 8/8 Knight. So i could play Ravages of War for the win. He was at 12 lp and me on 16 lp.

Next Turn he played Messmeric Fiend for O-Ring. I started beating with Suntail Hawk, Figure. Dropping Finks and when he tried to Smother Figure I activated Vial for Kor Skyfisher. He dropped already down to 13 lp, I've had still 20lp. As he tapped out for Baneslayer I was able to send Figure into god-mode so the angel didn't do anything but 5 LP blocking the Kitkin Avatar. A Turn later he was dead.

2nd: He had Bonesplitter and Edict for my Soltari Priest. T4 he played a Soltari Priest and equipped it. I was a bit flooded but still had Sigiled Paladin, 8 1/2-Tails, Isamaru, Knight of medowgrain, Mutavault + Honor of the Pure to win the damage race easily.

Tabris' net connection however get cut of by his flat mate, but I was already tutoring for Progenitus and Time Stretch.

In the second game I kept my hand again. It had Merchant Scroll, Lim-Dul's Vault and Brainspoil, plus Mind's Desire and lands. 1st Game: Funny thing, he was able to cast his â,¬-Slayer-Angel on Turn 4 and I ve got nothing except crap on my hand. So he was racing me and cast later a Eureka,  which shows him enough fattis to finally finishs me off. This time I ve got not a single permanent to cheat in with eureka on my hand.

2nd Game: He is able to resolve a Hypergenesis on TURN2!!! which shows a Empyrial Archangel and a Rorix and 4 Lands. I ve got a Tarmogyof (cast it on T2) SoFI, SoLS, Man-o-War. So I was able to bounce his Rorix and equip my Tarmogoyf, lucky for me, I draw a Scryb Ranger (which simply win me the game) bc I got stucked on 3 mana but was able to attack, equip, untap my guys and bring his archangel down. So he was able to hard cast his Rorix but since ive got both Swords he couldnt do anything.

3rd Game: Land go, Land go, Land go, Land got, end of my 3rd turn he casts a Vendillion Clique which gets countered by condescend. A turn later he wants to cast a Eureka but ive got still a Daze. I drop a Trygon predator with rancor. On my hand ive got Jace," I fucking destroy u", the Mindsculptor, Stifle (for cascade shenanigans), Control Magic. So i  was beating him to death with this little flying .."thing" and he trys to hardcast a Magister Sphinx but it got bounced by my Venser. So sadly for him he cast only 3 spells in this game.

Nastaboi Hypergenesis vs. Pennywise Elves!

2 - 1

I kept Sneak, Rhystic Tutor, lands and drew into more lands and Grim Tutor. I had a green depletion land but could not play T2 Rhystic as Pennywise had laid down two elves and had Cradle up. He went for Poacher, I for Sneak Attack. He had a Primal Command for it and next turn he Poachered Elvish Champion in so that his critters forestwalked over my potential sneaky blocker.

Pennywise mulled to five and I had a second turn Ardent Plea. Only that I drew Hypergenesis and had to Cruel Tutor for another green land to suspend it. He had Winter Orb to further slow me down, but was lacking in lands himself. He beat me down to six and had three 2/2's as I still had one counter in Hypergenesis. I prayed the deck and it gave me Oblivion Ring, which I could cast and survive until Hypergenesis did the rest.

Third game Pennywise had no real pressure and my T3 Violent Outburst cascaded into Akroma, Razia, BSA, Petradon and Bogardan Hellkite.

But the near misses won't stop. I get down Drana yet he manages an Empyrial Archangel. Now isntead of clearing the way with inqusition of kozilek I use Drana and promptly run into STIFLE.
HE follows up with a Jace, bouncing Drana... I clear the board with damnation and play goyf. Jace brainstorms, finds intuition and i give Stefan a sweeper.
I draw coffers, and get down Drana again + Totem rolling over jace and a mutavault. GG.

Game 2:

Again he has an epxlosive start with a mox of the diamond variety + sylvan scrying fpr khalni garden. I am holding a decent hand with tutor, sinkhole, bowl,? and some mana. So I think after destroying one of his lands that he can't get polymorph or Natural order down. Wrong, of course, Ancient tomb makes natural order for Progenitus possible.
Now I play very risky in playing mindstone and then tutor for innocent blood, giving him a turn (very bad misplay).
It has no bad consequences though, since Stefan doesn't draw a counter.
And again he is out of gas (except countering Mind Sludge with force spike) and I proceed to beat him down with goyf and later a Nantuko Shade for exactly lethal damage.

Good games.

Tabris (UG-AggroControl) 2 vs 0 Teko (Elves Gw)

1st Game: He got some beatdown with Sentinel Turn 1 and a Vanquisher, but I ve got Finks + Maze. After some shenanigans with his insect I was able
to blow it of with explosives. After that I play Lu Xun, which beats him for 4 each turn thanks to Crafted Wargear. After some rounds he is able to build some pressure with the morph elve and Ranger of Eos, holding a removal for my shackles, control magic (war caller), and wargear but he wasnt able to use it bc of I could steal one of them so he had to decide to blow of the Wargear (which threatens the kill with Lu Xun) or control magic (which holds his warcaller with 4 counter). So after stealing his enchantment removal guy he blow of the shackles which got his artifact removal guy. Pumping his guys with the morph elve get me for 16 dmg and died after Lu Xun attacked him.

2nd Game: I ve got no pressure only islands and a mox diamond. He was able to cast a aether vial, and get 4 one drops on the table. He beat me to 10 but then ive got treachery, control magic, stifle (again for his disenchant guy) but was drawing also EE which cleared his whole board. after that he got flooded (same as me) but I ve got the sower + random elve for the win.

T15: Trinket Mage(Top) + Top(get Spellstutter Sprite)
T16:                                                          --   Flame Slash(Noble Hierach)

I lost Kitchen Finks, Arbor Elf and Man-O'-War. After this I got no offensive and Buddaq played Gifts Ungfiven into Fact or Fiction. Finally I had 30 life, but no cards in hand against his control engine.  So I lost against his Calcite Snapper, Teferi and Spellstuter Sprite after an eternity.

Game2: GoblinPiledriver is beginning

T15:  Enginered Explosives(3)    ...

After trading card for card I had more lands then Buddaq. After this I could make some damages and finally I played Primal Command and he tapped himself out, while I still had Enginered Explosives in hand for the final sting.

Game3:Buddaq is beginning(takes Mulligan)
T1:                                          -- cycling Land
T2     Relic of Progenitus     --  Life from the Loam(cycleLand)
T3:                                          --  Volrath's Stronghold
T4: Chrome Mox(get Condescend) + Grim Lavamancer + Garruk Wildspeaker + Man-o'-War(Mancer)

T8:                                           --
T9:                                           --   ...

Buddaq was screwed. At the time he drawed enough lands it was too late. My Garruk had killed him meanwhile.

I thought as I read Counterburn, that the deck consinsts of burn for killing and counter as defense. I didn't expect a control matchup where Buddaq shots down all my creatures with Burn and controling me.

Game 1 durrated 35 minutes, Game 2 durrated 39 minutes and Game 3 14 minutes. Means an epic game of 88 minutes.

Game2: Pennywise is beginning

T2: Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary  --  Simic Signet
T3: Mutavault + Elvish Archdruid +  Imperious Perfect  -- Prismatic Lens + Selesnya Signet
T4: Elvish Champion         --  ...

Pennywise layed down a huge offensive.  I forgot to play Darksteel Ignot, instead I used LoA and played 2 Mana Stones. So I don't had red mana for Wildfire(would have been on 1 life, but with permanents on board). So I lost.

Game3: Goblin Piledriver is beginning
T1:                                       -- Boreal Druid
T2:  Prismatic Lens          -- Gaea's Cradle + Wellwisher + Rhys the Redeemed + Quirion Ranger

Nastaboi (UR-Wildfire-Swans) - Vazdru (UW-Control)

1st: I started. He had first play with Signet, I had Jace I on turn 2 enabled by Mox Diamond. Jace gave me 2 extra-cards till Nastaboi killed it by EE. Fortunately I've had miscalculation for his Crucible and Fact of Fiction which got answered by Nastaboi's hc FoW answered by my own FoW removing Control Magic (rubbish card against Swans Wildfire obv  ::)).

FoF revealed Baneslayer, Brainstorm, Signet and 2 Lands. I took Signet, Land + brainstorm over Baneslayer + Land (maybe wrong decision). A turn later i dropped Mulldrifter and Land Tax, he had Flametongue Kavu for Drifter. When i dropped Reveillark we both started damage race which ended in my favour - he was flooded and I've had already some nice card advantage.

2nd: An epic game which ended by Jace + Futuresight + Top + Multi-Counterbackup on Nastabois side.

3rd: My first 7 were 1 land, Mox Diamond + 5 nice spells, but I wanted to have a turbo-start so i decided to take 5 new ones - every spell i've had in hand obv. In the end i've had 4 lands + mox + Ancestral Visions + Lone Missionary. I started with T1 Visions + Mox + Land, T2 Missionary. He had T1 Visions as well. T2 he bounced my mox but i still was able to drop Mox + Land + Simulacrum T3 and had no cards left in hand. He missed land drop T3 and unfortunately had no Counterspell for AV which gives me the necessary Counter for his one. So i dropped another critter and put him down fast enough. Bad luck for him he missed 2 land drops and then got a CIP-land.

Thx for the games!

G1 hes screwed on 1 land and an aether vial, i can race him with some random guys and V2-ajani plus eternal witness to reaload him and he concedes.

G2 has more tension:

he starts with a goldmeadow tapper and pro red soltari (gets swords), then i play qasali pridemage, kitchen finks,  and baneslayer angel, all get sword, path and oblivion ring  ;D, while he keeps on attacking with his tapper and jotun grunt and tapping my lands away with rishadan port, if able.
during my sixth turn i play demonic tutor for ----> hide/seek  :P, he attacks with both and i remove the o-ring and block the tapper with baneslayer, during the next turns he plays some creatures and tries to find a solution, and finally does: unmake, when hes at 6 life. i play my own grunt, he stays defensive with eight and a half tails and cursed scroll (tapped out), i draw, attack --> 2 life then play the drawn intuition and get lightning bolt, arc lightning and V2-ajani with 3 nonred lands, but 2 red lands in hand as the last cards and the bolt kills him.

sry for the unlucky first game  ::)

mythrandir (5cc, with mana artifacts) vs marchhare (5cc, with cc1/2 creatures instead) 0-2

G1 i start and accelerate with birds into t2 trygon predator, then play eladamris call (instead of garruk + call) into elendra archmage (my favorite highlander card ever  ;)) eot, to be able to counter during his turn with the counterspell in hand, he taps out for something, then i play archmage and with an untapped bird, he ftk-s it, next turn i play garruk with a token to block the kavu (2 mana open for counterspell) and archmages protects garruk from vindicate, next turn i play baneslayer (with shriekmaw in hand, if he plays sower of tempt. or something), still with counterspell mana open, from that point on he actually cant to anyhting, cause i have more threats and protection than he can have solutions, he dies some turns later (we traded cards for counterspells till he had no appropriate cards options left).

G2 he starts with no t1 action (again), i play weathered wayfarer, which gets wasteland and then library until he starts attacking. the game becomes kind of a race after i use wasteland and then tap library while he cycles eternal dragon and reanimates it with necromancy (me: 6/6 knight of ..), he: beats me and plays mana artifact, me: V2-ajani --> mana leak. he:attack, mana artifact + later impulse, me: boneshredder + library draw (wayfarer is attacking meanwhile). he: damnation, me: reanimate on knight (get on 4 life), from now on i just wait till he runs out of solutions, cause i have stonecloaker and mana drain to answer his actions. he plays fire/ice, next turn jace (bounce ), i try to target the knight in response with stonecloaker, but he hast pact of negation  :o.

next turn jace gets fiery justice  :P and i replay the idolized knight with 2 mana left for mana drain.
mythrandir pays for the pact and plays venser with 1 card left and totally tapped out so mana drain decides the game.

but if most players dont know the deck till the grand prix, it could potentially be this years cephalid breakfast  :P

Second game i stifle his first fetchland. He plays a counterspell on legs, but has to tap out for my Condescend. That way Back to Basics in my next turn finishes the game pretty straight with no standard lands on his side.

1. Game (broke on my side): I start with Oath on hand, he played Mother I played Oath could get Empyrial Archangel, he played critters I played Emrakul which went to my hand with Karakas (enchanted before by Dragon Breath). As I hand Loam in Grave before Game ends and Maze, Angel ... I think I was in the better position.

2. Game: I had Sterling Grove for Oath he had Figure of Destiny could go to 4/4, I had Emrakul and Faiths Fetters for Figure so won with Emrakul.

3. Game (broke on his side): I had to mulligan to 6 and not a perfect hand but broke quite fast.

4. Game: I hold hand with Sylvan Scrying, Lands and Pattern. He put pressure on board with Nacatl and then Ramm-Gang. I had Path, got Kalni Garden for Plant token and Pattern on it he played Bloodbraid cascaded Skyshroud Elite and tryed to beat me down, I got Emrakul in the game. Attacked in my turn and killed all besides Nacatl and Mountain. I had 4 Non-Basics and 10 life and played Propaganda he showed me Price which had done 8 damage and 3 for Nacatl but due to my Propaganda he had only chance for one of it and he didn't drew land I think.

I can kill her with a 2/2 flyer + Soltari Champion but he has Behemoth Sledge. I rearm with a couple of 2 drops and then comes my no1 hate card: Engineered Explosives and finishes the game.

In the second one he's screwed on a few lands, I have Isamaru and Weathered Wayfarer, can handle his Mother of Runes and play Grafted Wargear. That's enough for his non-existent resistance.

In the final game he claimed to be flooded but still he's able to manage my Sword of Fire and Ice and 3 creatures but then 3 more, elspeth and crusade are enough.

Coldcrow (B/R - LD) 2 : 0 Mythrandir (5CC)

Game 1:

I resolved Inq. of Kozilek, Thoghtseize + Hymn in the first 3 turns and got rid of all his nonland cards. He managed to keep me down a bit by tapping my 3rd land with port but when I resolved Phyrexian Arena with the 4th Land it was over, because Mythradir failed to answer it for a long time. I blew up alot of his lands, exiled the LftL, Terrorized his Gideon and he finally scooped with only 1 Land left vs 8 of mine.

Game 2:

Early Inq. of Kozilek nabbed his Tutor and I proceeded to blow up 2 lands with rain of tears and Riders. He managed to stay in the game with Eternal Dragon but I could answer all his creature threats with removal (edict, vapors, nekrataal). Mythrandir's Life total was down to 10 when he was able to play the Dragon. This opened space for the rhystic tutor I was holding and I had the pleasant choice of getting Necro (24 life) or Sorin Markovs. I tried to kill the dragon with FtK but myth had a pact of negation. Next turn Damnation + Relic of Progenitus stopped the dragon cold though. Sorin became needled with a little help from a witness but Myth was so low on life that I could burn him out with 3 consecutive spells.

Good games.

Nastaboi UR Wildfire Swans vs. Marchhare 5cc midrange

2 - 1

Marchhare began with T2 Confidant followed with Top. I Fired it after Control Magic was countered. He added pressure and I drew cards. On my draw he Cliqued, I responded with Gifts for four Pyroclasms, he took three but got some more damage in thanks to persist and me mistapping green mana to Gifts and thus couldn't use it in Firespout. I stabilized with Crater Hellion, but he drew Archmage which was enough to keep me getting upper hand.

I begun with Library 2nd game, countered his Vindicate on it and answered steadily his threats. I played Gifts into his Mystic Snake, but Regrew it and went with sweepers again. I knew from Confidant he was holding Doran and started to Dust his duals denying him his spells. He scooped at three lands and me with seven cards in hand.

He was forced to mull to six and got Library as his only land. I got Wildfire with FOW backup, but was lacking sufficien mana myself. I resolved Wildfire when he had only four lands and that was all she wrote.

Goblin Piledriver (5C-Alara-aggro)          vs       Vazdru (blackBant-Postsurvival)
2:1

The game crashed in Game3 and I don't had saved the log.

Game1:
Vazdru plays Wasteland against my Plateau, Mana Drain against my Knight of the Reliquary. Afterwards I couldn't supply my offensive enough and got defeated.

Game2:
I had a good start and played Tideholow Sculler to see Vazdrus Hand: Lotus Cobra, Savanah, Thirst for Knowledge, Trinket Mage, Shadowmage Infiltrator, Miscalculation.
He didn't had blue Mana so I choose the Cobra. After some creatures on my side I won.

Game3: I played Tidehollow Sculler and Aven Mindcensor. He had Library of Alexandria. After a few rounds the game crashed.

Game4: Vazdru is beginning
T1:                                                  --  Birds of Paradise
T2:  Wasteland(Taiga)                 --  Steward of Valeron
T3: Lotus Cobra                           -- Flametongue Kavu(Cobra)
T4: Scalding Tarn -- Karakas + Mother of Runes + Vazdru activates Fetchland(response Aven Mindcensor)(and found Island) + V. plays Intuition
T5: Loxodon Hierarch                 -- Man-o'-War(Hierach)
T6: Loxodon Hierarch                 -- Ajani Vengeant    ...

Vazdru tried to screw me with Wasteland , but I had Steward of Valeron plus Flametongue Kavu against his Lotus Cobra. After some Mother and Aven Mindcensor action on my side he played 2 times Loxodon hierach. Finally I shot the last 3 points with Ajani Vengeant.

T11:                                                             -- Demonic Tutor
T12: Soltari Champion + Armageddon(response I play Lightning Helix) ...

The report seems to be unspectular, but Peeler plays in the first 2 rounds two Manlands plus early many creatures and Grafted Wargear. So at the very beginning he dealt massive amounts of damage to me. I had Brion Stoutarm which saved a few life but died directly, my Bloodbraid Elves cascaded into Vindicate which killed the superior 4/5 Tarmogoyf(which could had killed me) .
Then I played Garruk Wildspeaker and Sarkhan Vol which died both in two turns. Also Shriekmaw died directly. At the end I could only attack with Treetop Village and Trygon Predator while I finally shot dwon Stirring Wildwood with Path to Exile. Finally I played Demonic Tutor to Lightning Heilx to rescue myself from being shot down, which I expected. But I shot Peeler as he plays Armageddon and won the following round with Trygon Predator.

I get a 4th land luckily and attack for 6 with elspeth-support. he kills elspeth next turn. but i can beat him down to 5 to kill him next turn with my reinforces.

in the third game i can keep a very fast hand with chrome mox 2/2 flyer, bonesplitter, lantern kami. he has llanowar elves, i play skyhunter, he plays wolf-skull shaman, i play bonesplitter and .. with a grin .. turn skyhunter to the right, seeing teko dead in few turns... he however doesn't and sends my guy to the exile, which have shatters my offensive. i can only play lantern kami and equip it. next turn he has rancor again and an attack for 4. I attack him having stonecloaker and mana tithe open, which counters his morph-elf next turn. i also play stonecloaker to tilt the damage race to my favor. i even have drawn a knight of meadowgrain which brings big problems for him. Lucky enough i have elspeth and even grafted wargear from the top and so can still try to get him down while he's preparing for his final attack with goblin recruiter. I could kill him in two turns, so just have to survive one attack. But I'm to greedy and activate elspeth for +3/+3 instead of making a soldier to survive and kill the turn after.

my third hand contains 2 lands, student of warfare, sword of light and shadow and two removal spells. I have stoneforge mystic from the top for Sword of fire and ice and that's just too much for him to handle.

In the 2nd one he's kinda screwed so I can overrun him.

In the third he has Hypergenesis in turn 4 again, and I don't have enough pressure.

Game 1:

First spell is Bloobraid Elve into Hypergenesis, which gets countered. Sower of Temptation takes the elve, and I get Future Sight on the table. I let resolve his Thunder Dragon (killing the elve), because i have Treachery on my hand. Unfortunately he has Force of Will for it, so suddenly things look grim again. I take two swings from the dragon, block him once whith the fae, playing as many cards as i can from the top, digging for an answer. On 3 life with 5 mana open i find Control Magic, thx deck!

Game 2:

He is stuck on two lands for quite a while, when he finds the third, he plays Show And Tell (only spell so far being the small Jace).

Now it gets crazy:
Mana Leak      --> Show And Tell
Ricochet Trap  --> Mana Leak (new target: Ricochet Trap)
Misdirection 1 --> Ricochet Trap (new target: Misdirection 1)
Misdirection 2 --> Misdirection 1(new target: Misdirection 2)

We are not really sure for a while, in the end we decide, that SAT resolves. His Bogardan Hellkite kills Wake Thrasher and Jace, my Sphinx Of Lost Truths draws and discards three cards. Next turn i have Back To Basics (2 tapped nonbasics on his side) and Expedition Map for Tabernacle: good game!

You were right:

1. Misdirection 2 resolves changing the target of Misdirection 1, which shortly after gets countered, because it does not have a legal target anymore (because Misdirection 2 has gone already). Ricochet Trap resolves giving Mana Leak a new target, which then becomes illegal again so Mana Leak gets countered as well and SAT resolves.

I had Garruk on board and he Shackles, Top, etc. so I thing it was a bit positive to him. So we
decided to do a sudden death match as we had only a half hour left.

I had Wargate on hand in this game and Top with massive fetchlands. Got Orchard in turn 4 + Wargate -> Oath.
So Emrakul hit the field. I had a fast start with Mox Diamond and could Stifle him his first fetchland.
