Since the current Mulligan rule is easy and quite close to the official ruling, it is probaply the best to keep it, but since the Scry-Mulligan was introduced there was one thing I did not like:

The Scry helps to close the gap between having 7 good cards and taking a mulligan to 6 cards. That works pretty well and it feels not that bad anymore to go to 6 cards. But then if you have to go to 5 cards, the gap becomes bigger since you get no further advantage to compensate the card disadvantage.

Why not give a player that goes to 5 cards the ability to Scry 2? And if you go down to 4 cards, you could Scry 3, and so on.

I do not want to say we should change the rules (well maybe), because staying close to the original rules is always a factor, but what do you think of that?

The white Cyclinglands could be a thing for Bant in combination with Tithe. What do you think about that?

As Highlander playable cards I would add:
Prowling Serpopard - Just like 'Loxodon Smiter', so I think every deck which played 'Loxodon Smiter' will add him, too.

Game 1:
pmk takes mulligan to 5 on the play, I kept 7.
I had Elvish Mystic, Avacyn's Pilgrim, Hymn to Tourach, Knight of the Reliquary, Elspeth, Swords to Plowshares, Bloodbraid Elf (into Nissa), no real game here...

Game 2:
I took a mulligan to 7, he kept.
I had Swords to Plowshared for his turn 1 Elf
He managed to drop Scavenging Ooze and Sylvan Advocate before I could destroy his second land. My own Ooze kept his Ooze from growing.
I got Liliana of the Veil letting him sac his Advocate. I blocked his Ooze with my own (both died)
When I played Thoughtseize he had still just 2 lands and I saw 2 3-Drops and a Demonic Tutor. (Tutor got discarded)
I had Tireless Tracker as my last card from hand.
His Chain Lightning killed my Liliana.
I had a land the turn after and a Shambling Vent already in play.
That was almost game.

pmk got a bit unlucky, and my permission sealed the second game.

I appreciate this serious work and I wish I could have given you some tighter games, but the conclusion of nearly each situation in whitch you were wondering why I did what I did is just simple: I am rusty!
Those where the first serious matches with the deck for me. But thankfully, they helped me overthinking the manabase and some cardchoices so I could perform quite well at the tournament one week later.
Yes, I quit Magic nearly entirely seven years ago and just played some few FNM, PRs an a bit of Magic Online and Cockatrice.

No, its a straight forward combo deck with quite a lot of disruption. Lost against it at the HLL and it is going for the combo each time I guess.
