As already stated in FB, "Pilaa kaikki railut ukkodekit" [sic] translates into "ruins all fair creature decks".

railu = misspelled (or copied) reilu = fair
ukko = an old man (any nicknames for men can refer to creatures in Magic) or Karelian Finnish weather god; ukkonen = thunder

Update: They are being mailed at this exemplar wave which means they will reach hundreds of judges in just couple of weeks. Many of them will have several copies.

So, she was told it will be in the next exemplar mailings, which means several hundreds of them will come to circulation by the end of next February.

So, my RC just posted on facebook a picture of Imperial Seal promo foil. Seems they gave one for each regional coordinator participating in RC conference. Though these are not likely to be included in exemplar mailings, the long awaited promo foil is a real thing now.

The card has been always banned in our format partially for power reasons but mostly for its scarcity. If the supply increases significantly, there is no reason to keep it banned for that reason only. Power level of the card is on par with Mystical, and whether Mystical is too powerful or good/bad for the format is still up to debate.

BAN Sensei's Divining Top

Playing against this card is just plain miserable. Anyone who has been on receiving end of EOT top, fetch, top, draw, top, land, fetch, top knows what I'm talking about. Every single HL player in Finland has wanted the Top gone for years, and their frustration has lead to things like not putting Top in their deck in purpose, soft banning it in playgroups for non-tournament matches and even flirting with the idea of their very own format and ban list. When the ban was announced, it was dismissed as April fool's because it was "too good to be true".

DON'T BAN Natural Order

In Finland, people are not jamming NO in general good stuff decks, as its inclusion has an opportunity cost. Here it sees only play in decks like Hulk combo or ramp decks, where it's more central to decks strategy. Those decks are not considered among the best but rather tier two strategies, and the card Natural Order is not even that good against blue based control decks or aggressive red decks, which are plenty. News on its ban were met with disbelief and anger.

BAN Demonic Tutor, Oath of Druids

These are the most powerful cards not banned. Demonic is the more powerful of the two, but Oath is less interactive.

DON'T BAN Mystical Tutor, Fastbond, Mana Drain, Dig Through Time

These cards are powerful but less powerful and harder to abuse than Oath or Demonic. Right now I feel they don't warrant a ban, but I might change my mind in future.

I support this.

One more reason: it makes deck building more budget friendly. ZEN fetchlands are not cheap, and budget players should cope without access to RV duals, as other non-fetchable dual lands are abundant.

Nastaboi UW Miracles vs. ChristophO Abzan Pattern combo

I won the roll, got Top in play and answered his first threat. He had just three lands and a Carrion Feeder, so I decided it was safe to tap out for Narset the planeswalker, revealing Mystical. Christoph went to tank as he had Pattern but could not combo out with no other creature, so he just got Titan and Stage-Depths. I had Moat on top but decided to spin anyway on my upkeep to find land drops, but only hit a temple and had to set up for Terminus with Mystical. Next turn I laid down Moat and he went for Marit Lage, but I had Repeal and he conceeded facing Narset ultimate.

Christoph sneaked Sylvan Library below my counters, but failed to draw third land despite paying 8 life and Wall of Blossoms. He got just Viscera Seer next turn and I slammed down Humility. He just proceeded to hit for two turn after turn while I countered some things and made his mana situation more uncomfortable with Wasteland and Back to Basics. Eventually I killed him with boredom.

In third game Christoph mulled to seven containing once again one land, a mana dude and Sensei's Top. I Spell Pierced his top and bounced his mana dude a couple of times. When he tapped out a couple of turns later I showed him Helm-RIP combo.

Short games, one interesting one and two sad mana screws. Better luck next time around!

Also: Stoneforge Mystic needs to be unbanned as soon as possible and the Council needs to admit banning it was a mistake and rushed. In Berlin Highlander Players are playing Tiny Leaders now cause its legal there and it gives us a warm fuzzy feeling playing with it, it just baffles us that stoneforge mystic is banned

You can't play Batterskull in Tiny Leaders to go with SFM. Just sayin'.
