well, it looks good, but i really dont think that R should be there. You can play squee without having R, the other red cards seem sub-optimal in there, you can add psionic blast instead, if u want direct damage.

Also, i would add some more counters and cards like nimble mangoose, eternal witness, tarmogoyf (a must), repeal, narcomoeba, squelch/trickbind/bind, crop rotation (to get that bazaar or coliseum) and perhaps even a bridge from below.

Cutting nonbasic lands (cutting red)  allows you to add back to basics (should stop saying to ppl to add this )

Oha,Tarmoman is of course a MUST add.
Nimble Mongoose of course,too.
I´m not sure about cutting R.Course then i have to renounce Anger.
And Anger is soooo good.
But you are right the Burnspells are not so effective.
I`ll add Crop and some Counter.
