Well, you still did not get your answer and although I am new here, I try to give you some kind of comment to your deck. I know it is not wise to try to give you advise when I am asking for an advise myslef but maybe it will help to start the discussion.
First of all I am not sure, if your deck has some kind of strategy. I posted my RG deck and it is straightforward and ment to "kick everything out of my opponent." This means small, cheap critters and burn. When I look at your deck I am not sure what it wants to do. Your deck has "beatdown" cards like Wild Nacatl, Keldon Marauders, Tattermunge Maniac and pumps like Brute Force then some midrange or lategame cards like Siege-Gang, Rakdos-Pit Dragon, Thelonite Hermit and also "mana boosts" like Sakura, Yavimaya Elder, finally there are Tutors and finishers like Demonfire.
Maybe I am wrong but I would try to think about what I want to play. If it is going to be aggro, or tokens or midrange. Your deck looks funny but there is a little bit of everything and I am not sure if it is correct.
Just my opinion. :)

Aggreed. i really cant see a token deck here, you´re missing quite a few cards. Also you should try and take a look at this: http://www.magicplayer.org/forum/index.php?topic=112.0 I know it's tri-colored, but black really makes it worth: bitterblossom/removal/protection (duress, etc)

I noticed you use a lot of X, rosheen/hydra.. i think you should define your strategy, i´m gonna review a token deck, so everything like this and the i CMC aggro drops is going away :P

I now you wanna keep it on budget, but does that include t2/extended staples? or older cards just like dual lands?

here´s a very quick review:

Lands:
Try these:
cycle lands
mtavault (â,¬â,¬â,¬)
shocklands (these aren´t that expensive nowadays)
fetches (â,¬â,¬â,¬)
gaes cradle (â,¬â,¬â,¬â,¬â,¬â,¬â,¬)
wasteland/ghost quarter.
Pendelhaven

cut: alara tri-color lands.

Creature:
-rakdos
- nimble
- wild nactal
- hells thunder
- rosheen
- ayumi last visitor
- tatermunge
- shivan wurm
- troll ascetic
- hellspakr elemental
- mogg flunkies
- stigma lasher
- thornweal archer
- scatershot archer
- -thunderblast
- jaya

+noble (â,¬â,¬â,¬)
+ bird (â,¬â,¬)
+ deranged hermit
+ wall of roots
+ wall of blossoms
+ goblin sharpshooter (if you play some more gobs, you can play goblin matron)
+ wickerbough elder
+ glutnous slime
+ skullmulcher
+ 1 dragon with devour, you choose..
+ hissing iguanar
+ jund battlemage

instants:

-brute force
- giant growth
- mercy killing (if i read this right, you don´t get the tokens :P its the opponnent.
- soul's fire

+gilt leaf ambush
+ reach of brances
+ krosan grip
+ sudden shock
+ fire/removal (incinerate, etc, etc..)

sorceries:

+call of the herd
+ hunting tryad
+ worm harvest (good with LFTL)
+ Life from the loam
+ sylvan scrying

-nature lore

enchantments:

- everlasting torment

+ goblin assault

Artifacts:
- whispersilk cloak

+ slate of ancestry

I think that about does it... you should really define your strategy. Don't forget to take a look at the link, i mentioned, it has a very good token deck in there. ;)

hope it helps
